In this article, we’ll be discussing the variables that at taken into account when designing a website. As the websites we create are bespoke and tailored to our clients, it’s only normal to wonder “what will my website look like?“.
So without further ado…
The answer largely depends on your…
Let’s look at these in detail.
So, what do you want your website to do or achieve?
Whether you’re looking to sell products online or generate enquiries, it will impact the layout and flow of your website drastically.
It’s your website, your business, you of course will have an idea of what you would like on there and so you should. We know web design & development but you know your business and your clients inside and out.
This is not just your logo, but covers your colour scheme, typography, general styling and message(s).
Who are your ideal clients and what are they expecting or wanting to see?
Once we know this, we can start to tailor the flow & style of the website to cater for their needs…. They’re the one’s who will be using the site!
“Industry” we say, but with an err on the side of caution. This is because it’s good to break from the mould and standout from the crowd. However, it can be useful to see what your competitors are up to; to see what the ‘norm’ is to bench mark against it.
We work in partnership with our clients to ensure the design is unique, purposeful and as desired.
The web gives us a blank canvas on which to craft and WordPress (our CMS of choice) is extremely customisable.
We’ve recently written an article about our web design process, you can read it here.
Our guarantee is that we won’t stop making amends and changes until you are 100% happy with the outcome!
