What is a System Status page? #
A System Status page provides up-to-date operational information on our hosting and maintenance clients, see image below for more info.
Should there be disruption on our platform, while we internally get notified instantly, we also want our customers to be aware that we understand there is an issue and are working hard to fix it ASAP.
Why have we done this? #
Firstly, to provide transparency to our hosting & maintenance customers. If you (a customer) are experiencing site-wide trouble, you should be able to see it here.
Secondly, we’re proud of our uptime and we’re showing it.
Limitations to be aware of #
Above we said “site-wide” trouble. This tool does not detect issues on specific pages or sections of a website but rather whether the hosting is either online or offline (whether there is disruption or it’s operational).
