Is the consultation really free?
Completely. It's a no-obligation chat to see if we're a good fit — there's no charge and no expectation to go ahead. We genuinely enjoy talking shop.
Will it be online or in person?
Whatever suits you. Most calls happen over Google Meet or the phone, but if you're near Didcot we're always up for a coffee in person. Let us know your preference when you book.
Who will I be speaking to?
Josh — the founder, and the person who'd actually design and build your site. No account managers or hand-offs; you talk to the maker from day one.
What if I need to rearrange?
No problem at all. Your confirmation email includes a link to reschedule or cancel in a couple of clicks — life happens, and we're easy about it.
Do I need to prepare anything?
Not a thing. Just turn up as you are. If you'd like to get more out of it, the few bits listed above are handy — but they're entirely optional.
