Great news, as of the 24th August 2022, Prystine Web Solutions Ltd is Cyber Essentials Certified!
It’s been an interesting and very useful experience preparing and applying for the certification. One that, while it’s important for any business and any organisation to become certified, we felt as we’re in the digital space, it was vital to our operations.
But what exactly is Cyber Essentials?
The best explanation is one taken straight from the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) website, which is a branch of GCHQ.
Cyber Essentials is an effective, Government backed scheme that will help you to protect your organisation, whatever its size, against a whole range of the most common cyber attacks.
Cyber attacks come in many shapes and sizes, but the vast majority are very basic in nature, carried out by relatively unskilled individuals. They’re the digital equivalent of a thief trying your front door to see if it’s unlocked. Our advice is designed to prevent these attacks.
