How quickly can you clean my site?
Most clean-ups are completed within 24 hours of getting access, and often much sooner. We treat hacked sites as a priority because we know every hour offline costs you.
Will I lose my content or data?
No. We remove the malicious code surgically rather than wiping everything. We always take a full backup before we start, so your content, pages and orders stay intact.
My host suspended my site — can you help?
Yes. We regularly work with suspended sites. We’ll liaise with your host, clean the files and provide the report they need to lift the suspension and get you back online.
Do I have to take a monthly plan?
Not at all. The emergency clean-up is a standalone one-off fee. Ongoing protection is optional, but it’s the single best way to avoid going through this again, so most clients choose it.
How did my site get hacked?
Usually it’s an out-of-date plugin or theme, a weak password, or insecure hosting. As part of the clean-up we identify the likely entry point and close it, then explain it to you in plain English.
