How is this different to just getting a website built?
A website is one deliverable. Web Strategy is the thinking layer around it. We start with your business goals, decide what's worth building and automating, then deliver it. The site, hosting and automation all serve a plan. If you just want a site, our Web Design & Development page is the place to start.
Do I have to commit to a long contract?
No. We start with a fixed-price Strategy Sprint that stands entirely on its own. You walk away with a roadmap regardless. If you'd like us to deliver it, the partnership is rolling and you can scale it up, pause it, or stop as your needs change.
Is the AI going to replace my team?
No, it removes the busywork so your team can do the work that needs a human. We place AI where it assists (drafting, triaging, summarising) and keep you and your judgement firmly in charge. Nothing goes out without your say-so unless you want it to.
What if I already have a website I'm happy with?
Perfect, we don't insist on rebuilding it. We can layer strategy, AI and automation on top of what you already have, and move it onto our managed hosting if that helps. The roadmap tells us honestly what's worth changing and what isn't.
Is my data safe with AI and automation involved?
Yes, it's a priority. We favour infrastructure you own (like self-hosting where it makes sense), are careful about what data goes where, and build in logging and alerts so everything is auditable. We'll always be plain with you about how your data is handled.
