All plans are rolling and month-to-month. We’d rather earn your business every month than lock you into a contract. Prices exclude VAT.
Do you maintain sites you didn’t build?
Absolutely. We look after plenty of WordPress sites originally built elsewhere. We’ll start with a free health check to understand the site, then bring it up to scratch and onto a care plan.
What happens if my site goes down?
Our monitoring alerts us the moment your site is unreachable, usually before you’ve even noticed. We’ll investigate straight away and, if needed, restore from a recent backup.
Do I have to host with you to take a care plan?
Not at all, though our care plans work best alongside our managed hosting. If you’re hosted elsewhere we can still take care of updates, backups and support.
Are content edits really included?
Yes. Business and eCommerce plans include a set amount of edit time each month for text changes, new images, blog posts and small tweaks. Anything larger we’ll quote separately and clearly.
Is there a minimum term?
No. All plans are rolling month-to-month and you can cancel any time with 30 days’ notice. We’d always rather keep you because the service is worth it.
