From next month, you'll see exactly what your website is doing for you

See what your website is doing: monthly reports and a live dashboard for every Prystine client

You’ve trusted us with your website. The slightly awkward truth is that, for most of you, it’s been a bit of a black box ever since. It sits there doing its job, and you sort of have to take our word for it. That changes next month.

From July, every Prystine client gets two things, automatically and at no extra cost: a short report in your inbox each month, and a live dashboard you can open whenever you like. Here’s what that actually means for you.

A report that lands every month

Once a month, a tidy little email turns up. No jargon, no forty-page PDF that nobody reads. Just the things that genuinely matter: how many people visited your site, where they came from, and how you’re showing up when someone searches Google for what you do. Enough to tell, at a glance, whether your website is earning its keep.

A dashboard you can open any time

The report is a monthly snapshot. The dashboard is the live version. It’s your own private web link, which means no password, no login, none of the “now what was my username again” nonsense. Bookmark it, open it whenever the mood takes you, and it’s always bang up to date rather than a once-a-month look back.

It shows the things a business owner actually wonders about: how many visitors you’re getting and whether that number’s heading up or down, how you’re ranking on Google, whether your site’s been up and running as it should, how quickly it loads, and that it’s secure and healthy behind the scenes. All the questions you’d ask if you knew who to ask. Now you can just look.

A peek at the real thing: clean, simple, and live whenever you want it.

The best bit: there’s nothing for you to do

No new account to create. No software to learn. No “onboarding”. It simply starts arriving, branded as Prystine, clean and simple, no faff. If you’re a client, it’s already heading your way.

Why we’re bothering

Honestly? Because you ought to be able to see what you’re paying for. A website is one of those things that’s easy to forget about the moment it goes live, and just as easy to quietly wonder whether it’s doing anything at all. I’d rather you never had to wonder. I’d rather just show you.

It’s the same reason I’d sooner talk to you like a person than hide behind a support portal. Your website works hard for you, often when you’re not looking. From next month, you’ll be able to watch it do it.

A quiet confession before you go: the tool behind all this is one I built myself, called SendTidings. It turned out so useful that I now run every client’s reporting on it. If you’re the sort who sends reports rather than receives them, it’s worth a look.

So keep an eye on your inbox in July. And if you’ve got a question before then, or you’re not a client yet and rather like the sound of this as standard, get in touch any time.
