SendTidings

SendTidings came from the same place as Quotify: a chore I was tired of doing by hand. Every month meant pulling analytics for client sites and turning the numbers into something a client would actually read. It is important work, and it is exactly the kind of repetitive job that quietly eats your week.

So we built SendTidings to do it for us. Connect your analytics (Plausible, Google Analytics, Matomo, Search Console and more), set a schedule, and it emails clients a beautifully designed performance summary on the first of every month. No more month-end scramble. It is built for the agencies and freelancers who live that reporting cycle, and it pairs neatly with privacy-first tools like Plausible.

What we built

As with Quotify, both halves are ours: the marketing site in Astro, the product app in Next.js, hosted by us, with a genuinely free tier so it is easy to try. It is the same thinking behind giving every Prystine client a monthly report on how their site is actually doing, turned into a product anyone can use.

Where it is now

SendTidings now sends 85 reports every month and counting, saving its users around 9 hours a month of manual reporting. That is time handed back to spend on real client work instead of copy-pasting numbers into a template.
