Which tools can you connect to?
Most modern tools with an API or a webhook: CRMs, accounting software, email platforms, booking systems, Slack, Teams and thousands more. If it can connect, we can usually automate it.
Do you use Zapier/Make, or build custom?
Whatever fits best. For simple flows, a tool like Make or Zapier is perfect. For higher volume or more control, we build custom automations, often as a small WordPress plugin you own outright.
What if an automation fails?
We build in error handling and alerts, so failures are caught and retried rather than silently lost. On a care plan, we monitor your automations and step in if anything needs fixing.
