Quotify
Quotify turns website enquiries into booked jobs — a no-code quote & estimate tool we designed, built and host.

How we helped Quotify.
Quotify started as a tool I built to solve my own problem. Every enquiry meant another evening writing up estimates and chasing details, and a good chunk of those leads were never going to convert anyway. There had to be a better way to qualify and price work before it ever reached my inbox.
So I built one. Quotify lets customers generate their own instant, accurately-priced estimate from a smart, no-code form. The business gets a pre-qualified lead with full job scope and budget attached, plus lead scoring, instant routing and built-in follow-ups. It turns website enquiries into booked jobs without the evening admin, and it is built for the people who quote bespoke work: tradespeople, creatives and caterers.
What we built
Both halves are ours. We designed and built the marketing site in Astro for speed, and the product app in Next.js, then host the lot ourselves. It is a working example of how we approach custom development: build the thing properly, own the stack, keep it fast.
Where it is now
Since launch, Quotify has grown to 200 sign-ups with 30+ active forms out in the wild, pricing real jobs every day. I have written about the journey as it has happened, from when Quotify first landed, through the relaunch, to where things stand now.
