To truly understand your business and objectives we always make a point of doing face to face meetings (well, Zoom to Zoom in the current circumstances). These preliminary discussions are key to the project running smoothly and for you to get everything you need from us and our work.
When starting a business project it can be daunting to think about all the things you need to arrange in order to get started, we want to be able to take the weight off your shoulders by reassuring you that everything in our remit will be handled with care and attentiveness. So when we get around to discussing the work with you, we don’t want to simply exchange a few emails and then go off to work when we have ‘got the gist of it’. We want to break down exactly what it is you are looking to achieve so that we can deliver to a standard that meets, if not exceeds, your expectations.
At Prystine we strongly believe that the foundation to achieving this is to build a strong and personable rapport with the people we work with, the more we know you, the easier it is to get the right idea of what you would want. It also means that communication between the two parties can be at its most efficient, we much prefer being able to have a relaxed and interested approach when working with our clients as an oppose to the typically detached and cold approach that larger organisations tend to have.
