Do I need any technical knowledge?
None at all. We start wherever you are and explain everything in plain English. The whole point is to make WordPress feel approachable, whatever your starting point.
Is training on my own site or a demo?
Your own site, wherever possible, so everything is directly relevant. We can use a safe staging copy if you’d rather practise without touching the live site.
Online or in person?
Either. Many sessions run over a screen-share call, which works brilliantly and is easy to record. For local Oxfordshire businesses we’re also happy to come to you.
What if I forget it all afterwards?
You’ll get written notes and a recording of the session to refer back to. And if you ever get stuck, our support team is only a message away.
