Two ways in

The call gives you an opinion. The consultation gives you a plan.

The free 30-minute call is about fit. We find out whether we should work together, you get an honest steer on where you are, and you leave with my opinion and a decision about whether to go further.

The consultation is a piece of work. Ninety minutes, in person if you are within about 30 minutes of Didcot or on Google Meet if not, and then I go away and write it up. You leave with a document you own and could hand to any developer.

If you go ahead with a build with me afterwards, the fee comes off the first invoice. If you do not, the roadmap is still yours. That is the point of it.

How it works

Four steps, one week.

Book, I do my homework, we meet, you get the plan. No proposals, no chasing.

01

Book and pay

Pick a slot in the calendar above. Payment is taken when you book, so there is no invoice to chase. Tell me your website address and what you want the site to do.

02

I do my homework

Before we meet I go through your site, your analytics if you have them, and what the businesses you compete with are doing online.

03

We meet for 90 minutes

In person within about 30 minutes of Didcot, or on Google Meet. Bring questions. This is a working session, not a presentation.

04

You get the roadmap

A written plan within five working days. Yours to keep, share, or take to another developer.

What the roadmap covers

Six questions, answered in writing.

Not a report full of scores. Six plain answers, with reasons, that tell you what to do next.

What is the site for?

Enquiries, bookings, sales, credibility. One clear objective, because a site that tries to do everything does nothing well.

What is it doing now?

Not visits. Enquiries, calls and forms, and where they come from. If nothing is measuring that, the roadmap says how to start.

Where are people leaving?

The path from landing on the site to getting in touch, and the points where it quietly loses them.

What should it be built on?

WordPress, something custom, or leave what you have. A recommendation with reasons, not a preference dressed up as advice.

Where should it live?

Hosting, backups, updates and who looks after it, matched to what the site actually needs rather than the most expensive option.

What will it cost, in what order?

Realistic figures for each step, sequenced so you can do the first thing without committing to the last.

Our pricing

One price, no surprises.

Paid when you book, credited in full against the build if you go ahead with me.

FAQs

Frequently asked questions.

Can't see yours? Get in touch, we're happy to talk it through.

Is this different from the free call?
Yes. The free call is thirty minutes to find out whether we should work together, and you get my honest opinion on the spot. The consultation is ninety minutes of proper work followed by a written plan. The call gives you an opinion. The consultation gives you a document.
Do I have to use Prystine for the build?
No. The roadmap is written so that any competent developer could pick it up and work from it, and it is yours to take wherever you like. If you do go ahead with me, the fee comes off the build.
I already have a website. Is this still useful?
That is the most common case. Most people book because the site they have is not doing enough and they want to know whether to fix it, rebuild it or leave it alone. The roadmap answers that with reasons.
Face to face or online?
Either. In person if you are within about 30 minutes of Didcot, otherwise on Google Meet. If you are further out and book in person, I will drop you a note and we will do it online. The written roadmap is the same whichever you choose.
What do I need to prepare?
Very little. Your current website address if you have one, a rough idea of what you want the site to do for the business, and access to any analytics you already have. The booking form asks for the first two so I can look before we meet.

Rather just talk first? Book the free call.

Twenty minutes, no charge, no pressure. If a consultation is the right next step, I will say so. If it is not, I will say that too.
